At Snoozy Solutions, we aim to provide clear and supportive services for families. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before booking or purchasing.
1. Services

All services (consultations, sleep plans, and support packages) are non-tangible and delivered digitally or verbally.

Because of the personalised nature of our work, services are not eligible for physical returns.
2. Digital Products

All digital products (including but not limited to guides, eBooks, and downloads) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital products cannot be returned.
3. Cancellations (Services Only)

If you wish to cancel a booking, please provide at leastΒ 48 hours notice.

Cancellations made within this timeframe may be eligible for a partial refund or reschedule, at our discretion.
4. Refunds (Services Only)

Refunds will only be given at the discretion of Snoozy Solutions and may be subject to an administrative fee.

Once a consultation has taken place, or a customised sleep plan has been delivered, no refunds are available.

Packages are non-transferable and must be used within the timeframe specified at booking.
5. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.

Missed or unattended sessions without notice are non-refundable.
