Snoozy Solutions – Return & Refund Policy

At Snoozy Solutions, we aim to provide clear and supportive services for families. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before booking or purchasing.


1. Services

  • All services (consultations, sleep plans, and support packages) are non-tangible and delivered digitally or verbally.

  • Because of the personalised nature of our work, services are not eligible for physical returns.


2. Digital Products

  • All digital products (including but not limited to guides, eBooks, and downloads) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital products cannot be returned.


3. Cancellations (Services Only)

  • If you wish to cancel a booking, please provide at leastΒ 48 hours notice.

  • Cancellations made within this timeframe may be eligible for a partial refund or reschedule, at our discretion.


4. Refunds (Services Only)

  • Refunds will only be given at the discretion of Snoozy Solutions and may be subject to an administrative fee.

  • Once a consultation has taken place, or a customised sleep plan has been delivered, no refunds are available.

  • Packages are non-transferable and must be used within the timeframe specified at booking.


5. Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.

  • Missed or unattended sessions without notice are non-refundable.
