Snoozy Solutions – Terms & Conditions
Effective date: From 1 September 2025
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between Snoozy Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the client (“you,” “your”) for the provision of sleep consulting services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of Services

Snoozy Solutions provides education, guidance, and support for infant and child sleep.

Our services are non-medical and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You are responsible for seeking medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate (e.g., concerns about your child’s health, growth, or development).
2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete information about your child’s health, sleep, and environment.

You understand that consistency and parental involvement are essential to the success of any sleep support plan.

You agree to follow safe sleep guidelines recommended by health authorities (e.g., placing babies on their back to sleep, using a safe sleep space).
3. Booking & Payments

Payment is required in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All prices are listed in NZD and may change without prior notice.

Packages are non-transferable and must be used within the time frame specified at booking.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel a booking, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Refunds will only be given at our discretion and may be subject to an administrative fee.

Once a sleep plan or consultation has been delivered, no refunds are available.
5. Digital Products

All digital products (including but not limited to guides, eBooks, and downloads) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital products cannot be returned.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy

Any personal information you share will be kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

Snoozy Solutions will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Snoozy Solutions is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of our services.

You are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of your child at all times.

Sleep outcomes vary depending on the child, environment, and consistency of implementation. We do not guarantee specific results.
8. Communication & Availability

Support is provided within the hours and formats outlined in your chosen package (e.g., phone calls, email, messaging).

Messages sent outside agreed support hours will be responded to during the next available period.
9. Intellectual Property

All written materials, sleep plans, and resources provided by Snoozy Solutions remain our intellectual property.

They may not be copied, shared, or distributed without our written consent.
10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using Snoozy Solutions’ services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
